I am adept in percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) therapy, and accomplished in the optimal strategies and technique of complex PCI in high-risk patients. Specialized in various complicated lesions such as CTO, Bifurcation, ULMA and so on. As a core member of the Tongji Hospital, Shanghai Tongji University, Interventional cardiology faculty, clinical activity includes approximately 400 coronary angioplasty, 300 stenting every year. In addition, I make myself master of IVUS, OCT and FFR in catheter laboratory, known for my research and clinical practice on IVUS& OCT imaging. My major clinical and basic research interest include diagnosis and therapy of Coronary Disease, atherosclerosis and inflammation, platelet and thrombosis, especially in intervention of Coronary Disease & intravascular imaging. Clinical research includes prevention and therapy on coronary artery disease in Shanghai region and comparison different therapies on CAD and as overall Principal Investigator for Multi-center clinical trials. Clinical teaching of medical students, residents, and cardiology fellows is carried out in the Cardiovascular Catheterization as well as the clinical wards. Also,I am the author of more than 40 scientific publications, and I have mentored 20 fellows.
